1st– 2ndMay Dubbo Rally The Dubbo Motor Bike Rally is planned for May 2020.Sturgis style in Dubbo is a major regional city, located in central western NSW and is known for its many wonderful tourist attractions.
The aim of the rally is to promote safe riding and foster all the great things that riding a bike provides – fun, freedom and camaraderie.
As a guide on how to plan your Dubbo Motor Bike Rally experience, it is anticipated that Friday 10th would be the day to arrive. Dubbo has many pubs, clubs and restaurants to experience and our website will be promoting events associated with the rally.
Saturday 1st is Rally day, with activities happening around ‘Bike Street’ (Church St – Brisbane to Macquaire St) in the Dubbo CBD. We will be providing a more detailed list of entertainment options as the event gets closer.
For those lucky enough to have experienced some of the world’s most famous rallies in the US like Sturgis and Lone Star – our aim is to bring a similar event to Dubbo. We aspire to be the largest bike rally in Australia.
From Harleys to Hondas – Buells to Beemers & Piaggios to Posties – all bikes and riders are welcome.

16th – 17th May Ruptured Budgie The Moto Guzzi Club of Qld invites all motorcyclists to join us for the Ruptured Budgie Rally at Mingoola. Where is Mingoola you ask? It’s about 60km west of Tenterfield on the Bruxner Highway. Check out the maps further down the page. If you haven’t been before don’t be shy. Pack some warm clothes and your tent and get to the Budgie. See you at the bar!

Please note that this is a motorcycle rally. No cars (except official vehicles) will be allowed through the gate, no exception so please do not ask. Support vehicles are not wanted or appreciated. If you can’t carry it on your bike, don’t bring it. The rally is fully catered and licensed so no alcohol is to be brought in for two reasons. Firstly is contravenes our liquor license and secondly the bar is how we raise money to donate to various charities. The less you spend at the bar the less the deserving charities get. The food is put on by the local Lions Club and is reasonably priced. Any profits they make are used to benefit the local community.

to our biennial rally which will be held at Camp Kedron,
on the banks of Lake Bonney, Barmera, South Australia.
All responsible motorcyclists are welcome to attend.
The site offers accommodation ranging from
powered caravan sites
with showers and toilets available.
A central kitchen which will act as the registration office
and the venue for Saturday night’s catered dinner and awards presentation.
Awards will be available for both BMW and non-BMW riders
and will include longest distance [from home] for solos,
sidecars, pillion passengers, youngest and oldest rider,

26th-27th June Casper Rally held by S.C.U.M Tourers Casper Rally will once again be held in the same picturesque valley on the banks of the Abercrombie River 28 Kms north of Taralga with no dirt road from Goulburn or Oberon, for those inclined there is dirt on the Wombeyan caves road from Mittagong and from Crookwell to Taralga!
The rally site is located on the Goulburn to Oberon road, approximately 72 kms north of Goulburn and 75kms south of Oberon, and is on the Oberon side of the Abercrombie river just near the river crossing. Closest supplies of beer and food are Taralga if arriving from Goulburn, and Oberon if arriving from Lithgow.
BYO drinks, food and cooking gear. Permanent toilet facilities on site with drinking water and firewood provided.

There are some great roads that will take you there and back home again,
(living south of Sydney we rode north via the old Highway
and Peats Ridge, then jumped onto the Great Northern road
through Wollombi to our destination
and then back home via the Putty road)
McNamara Park is a large free camping area (max: 3 night stay)
with a General Store and Pub with in walking distance, they also have fuel
While there you can explore some of the best small wineries in the region.
So bring a tent or bring a camper
and most of all bring your humour
and share a great night amongst friends
